Inhibition of nuclear translocation of Mad by Dad. Nuclear translocation of Mad in the absence or presence of Dad was examined by immunostaining. COS cells were transfected with various combinations of Mad, Dad, and Tkv-QD. Anti-FLAG antibody was used as the first antibody.
