^aPcCel45 (1.0 μM) was incubated with 0.5% substrate in 50 mM sodium acetate buffer (pH 5.0) at 30°C for 1 h. The formation of reducing sugar was quantified by the p-hydroxybenzoic acid hydrazide method as described in Materials and Methods. ND, not detected after 120 h of incubation.
