The diffusion coefficients of FD500 solutions as measured by conventional confocal FRAP and two-photon FRAP in case of axial diffusion only. The latter situation was obtained by photobleaching a very large area (15 μm radius) and analyzing the recovery data only in the central part of the bleached area.
