Effects of ecarpholin S on levels of creatine kinase (CK) in mouse serum. Various doses of ecarpholin S (0 μg of ecarpholin S represents 50 μL of PBS buffer), with or without suramin, were injected into gastrocnemius muscles of mice, 3 h before their blood was collected. Released CK in plasma was measured, and results are presented as average ± SD (n = 5).
