Stimulation-dependent labeling of SLMVs with ¹²⁵I-anti-HRP. PC12 cells expressing ssHRP^P-selectin were stimulated or mock stimulated in the presence of iodinated anti-HRP. After stimulation the cells were chased for 30 min and then fractionated in parallel on glycerol gradients.
