Western blot analysis of the expression of markers related to the apparatus for neurite extension. Total cell homogenates were processed as described in Figure 1. Both cytoskeletal markers and proteins involved in adhesion processes are present at equal or increased levels in trk-PC12 (Trk+) with respect to wild-type PC12 (WT) cells.
