Shown for each helical stem are the number of RDCs (N); condition number (CN) (70); root mean-square deviation (RMSD); and correlation coefficient (R) between measured and back-predicted RDCs; order tensor asymmetry (η = |SyySxx|/Szz); generalized degree of order (Inline graphic) (70); internal generalized degree of order (ϑint) (70); and interhelical bend (θ) and twist (ξ) angles calculated using the program Euler-RNA (57). Errors for η, ϑ, and ϑint are estimated using the program AFORM-RDC (53).
