aThree programs (Mestortho, RBH and Orthostrapper) were tested using 95 KOG and 21 EXProt datasets. Among two versions of the 21 EXProt datasets, True sequences of EXProt-1 were curated using an EC number identity criterion with the aid of KEGG orthology system and KAAS server while those of EXProt-2 were determined using tree reconciliation.
