The sequences of the DNAs used in the screening are given along with the structural type where known (9,20) with the structural types shown in Figure 1. The structure of ILPR2, insulin promoter region repeat, in the presence of potassium is not known. TBA is the thrombin binding aptamer; Vet 4 contains four repeats of the vertebrate telomere repeat d(GGGTTA); Vet T4 contains four repeats of the vertebrate telomere repeat d(TTAGGG); Vet 2 T6 and Vet 2 U6 are variants of Vet 2 of known structure; Oxy 1.5 contains 1.5 repeats of the Oxytricha telomere repeat d(GGGGTTTT).
