Three independent measurements were averaged for all samples, except for the tgd4-2 DGDG samples, for which only two samples were available. In all cases, the sd was <10%. Plants were 4 weeks old and grown on soil. Fatty acids (FAs) are designated with number of carbons:number of double bonds.
