Sam68 nuclear bodies are dynamic structures. (A) HeLa cells were fixed, permeabilized, and immunostained with anti-Sam68 AD1 antibody followed by rhodamine-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody, and the cell nuclei were stained with DAPI.
