(A) ∼1,5×10⁵ A549-cells were seeded on glass slides and infected with RSV (multiplicity of infection, MOI 3). After 24 h they were fixed, permeabilized and incubated with anti-HIF1α and anti-RSV IgG as primary antibodies. Alexa Fluor 488 and Alexa Fluor 594 were used for staining. In addition, slides were counter-stained with Dapi. The cells were visualized with confocal laser scanning microscopy. Uninfected cells were used as controls (B).
