All measurements were made on cell suspension cultures grown at the same time as those labeled to isotopic steady state with [1-¹³C]Glc. Each value is the mean ± sd of two or three biological replicates as described in “Materials and Methods.” The data for soluble metabolites are based on the measurements in Figure 2.
