Wild-type and pER8-LEC1 seedlings were germinated and grown on MS medium with (LEC1-OXi) or without (Col-0) estradiol for varying times as indicated and then collected for fatty acid analysis as described in “Materials and Methods.” Data reported are mean values of three independent experiments (three biological repeats) ± se. All values are expressed as μg mg⁻¹ fresh weight. ND, Not detectable.
