Strawberry development. Plants of the Israeli strawberry cultivar Herut were grown in a plastic tunnel in the Sharon coastal area in Israel. Following fruit harvest at the different developmental stages, achenes and receptacle were separated and processed in parallel for GC-MS and UPLC-QTOF-MS analyses.
