Purification of NAC from yeast cytosol. Yeast NAC was purified as described in MATERIALS AND METHODS, and the following fractions were analyzed by SDS-PAGE and staining with Coomassie blue: lane 1, cytosol; lane 2, ribosomal pellet; lane 3, salt wash fluid; lane 4, pooled fractions after ResourceQ chromatography; lane 5, pooled fractions after MonoQ chromatography.
