Decreased acoustic startle response of CS-KO mice. CS-KO mice displayed a significantly lower acoustic startle response (analyzed by repeated-measures ANOVA). Startle response caused by the 120 dB white noise was significantly lower in CS-KO mice (analyzed by ANOVA in each individual sound level experiments) (A).
