Summary of nonlinear regression analysis results for the glycine concentration responses in MTS-exposed WT and E53C GlyRs EC50, Hill slope (nH), and maximal current amplitude (Imax) are presented as mean ± S.E. from four different oocytes (as shown in Fig. 2). Statistical significance from unexposed GlyRs (WT or E53C) was assessed using one-way analysis of variance with Dunnett's post-test.
