Coimmunoprecipitation of Las17p and Arp2p (Arp2/3 complex). Las17-prot A was immunoprecipitated from crude extracts of strain YMW175K, which contained a chromosomally integrated allele of protein A-tagged Las17p and plasmid-borne HA tagged Arp2p (described in MATERIALS AND METHODS).
