RCS cells were infected with retroviruses encoding either 2 different sequences specific for the α-isoform of PP2A-C subunit (shRNA1 and shRNA2) or scrambled shRNA and treated with FGF1. 20 µg of total protein were subjected to SDS-PAGE for inmmunodetection of (A) PP2A-C or (B) p107.
