None of the individuals has situs inversus. Only patients II‐1 and II‐2, in whom the diagnosis of PCD was established after ciliary studies, display typical features of PCD, such as bronchiectases during childhood and chronic rhinosinusitis. Both had RP. RP, retinitis pigmentosa; SI, situs inversus.
