C57BL/6 mice were fed a control chow diet (N) or a chow diet supplemented with L/E as described in Methods, and then a mixture of T2R agonists (PTC at 30 mg/kg BW and cycloheximide [CYC] at 10 mg/kg BW) was introduced through oral gavage.
