Dose-related parasite killing by WR301801 in vivo. When administered in a once daily oral regimen, the fraction of parasites remaining relative to controls declines linearly with increasing dose (40 to 640 mg/kg/day) on a log scale. A further increase of the dose to 1,280 mg/kg/day would probably result in a decline in parasitemia below the limit of detection but is impractical.
