There was a notable increase in the number of OTUs with only a small increase in the cutoff value (580 OTUs at a cutoff value of 99% and 470, 402, 226, and 152 OTUs at cutoff values of 98, 97, 93, and 90%, respectively), reflecting greater richness at lower phylogenetic branching depth.
