For all three HPV types, the viral loads were significantly higher in the GP5+/6+-PCR assay-positive/SPF10 assay-positive samples than in the GP5+/6+-PCR assay-negative/SPF10 assay-positive samples (ANOVA; P values were <0.001, <0.001, and 0.006 for HPV16, -18, and -52, respectively). The upper and lower boundaries of the boxes represent the 75th and 25th percentiles, respectively.
