spoIIG transcriptional activation of Obg mutants. BSH113 (spoIIGB::lacZ) (□), BSK100 [spoIIGB::lacZ obg(G92D)] (▵), and BSK101 [spoIIGB::lacZ obg(Δ22)] (○) were grown in DSM until logarithmic growth ceased.
