MHV replication in IFNAR-deficient mice. WT C57BL/6 or IFNAR−/− (KO) mice were infected i.c. with either 500 PFU of RA59 or 10 PFU of RJHM. At 2 days p.i., mice were sacrificed, and viral titers in the brain (br), liver (liv), spleen (sp), lung (lu), heart (hrt), kidney (kid), stomach (st), and intestines (int) were determined by plaque assay on L2 cells. Data shown are averages of two mice per group and are derived from one representative experiment of two.
