Res2 interacts with Cdc10-C4. Δcdc10 sct1-1 cells were transformed with pRep41, pRep41-FLAG Cdc10, or pRep41-FLAG Cdc10-C4. Samples were taken from exponentially growing cells (HU−) or cells treated with hydroxyurea (11 mM) for 4 h (HU+).
