The increased nucleation capacity of centrosomes promoted by RanGTP requires AurA. (A) MT nucleation capacity of sperm centrosomes reconstituted in mock-depleted extract (control), in AurA-depleted extract (ΔAurA) or in the presence of GST-NT, with or without RanGTP at 15 μM.
