PIPKs colocalized with PIP2 in nuclear speckles. Prepermeabilized, formaldehyde-fixed human 2RA fibroblasts were double labeled with anti-PIPKIα or anti-PIPKIIα polyclonal antibodies and anti-PIP2 mAb AM212 (Miyazawa et al., 1988).
