Panel A: Comparison of mortality in litters from saline control and immune stimulated dams. The IFNγ only group (*) was significantly different from control and GM-CSF only (p ≤ 0.05). Panel B: Comparison of mortality in litters of valproic acid treated plus immune stimulated dams. Dams were immune stimulated with either GM-CSF (at 2000 or 8000 units, IP injection), or IFN-γ (1000 units, IP injection). Groups were not significantly different.
