Addition of Fm MAP kinase can delay the onset of mitosis in activated CSF-arrested extracts. Extracts were supplemented with buffer (□), 0.4 μM Froggymaker MAP kinase (Fm, •), or 0.8 μM Fm (○) and incubated for 10 min before activation with 0.4 mM CaCl2.
