Due to substrate inhibition above 100 μM, the K_{m, app} of 4 is estimated as the substrate concentration at 1/2 × highest observed rate.

The substrate range lower limit for 4 and 5 (25 μM) is close to the calculated K_ms, and the reported values may thus be underestimates. This does not affect the validity of the conclusions.
