(A) SaOS-2, SK-LMS, MCA-105, RD, A-549, B-16, HCT-116, and CT26 cells were seeded into six-well plates at a concentration of 0.7 x 106 cells per well and were allowed to adhere overnight. Total cell lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblot analysis using anti-pAkt, anti-Akt, and antiactin antibodies.
