Quantitative Western Blot analysis of the co-purification of SmpB with ribosomes performed in the presence of various salt concentrations in the purification buffers. Western blots using an SmpB specific antibody show the presence of SmpB in purified ribosome preparations. Coomassie staining was used as a loading control.
