After culturing the cells for one week with G-CSF (100 ng/ml) and keeping them overnight in human serum, expanded cells showed a ten-fold increased burst activity in response to E. coli and PMA. Oxygen radical formation in cells from different interleukin conditions were comparable (p > 0.05). Shown are average results of mean fluorescence activities ± SE from five independent experiments.
