To identify RNA transcript distribution, in situ hybridisation experiments were performed on 20 µm honeybee brain sections using gene specific digoxygenein labelled probes: (7.1) illustrates expression of AmNLG3 in the adult brain of newly emerged (left) and forager (right) bees.
