Caspases are activated differentially in cells expressing T4 and T4C3. Thapsigargin treatment resulted in an increase in A) caspase-3, B) -6 and C) -9 activities. A) Caspase-3 activity was increased to a greater extent in T4 expressing cells than in T4C3 cells. There was no significant difference between B) caspase-6 and C) caspase-9 activity in T4 and T4C3 cells following thapsigargin treatment.
