HA epitope-tagged US9 closely associates with capsids in neuronal axons. SK-N-SH neurons were infected with F-US9-HA for 18 h, fixed, permeabilized, and stained with mouse anti-HA MAb and rabbit anti-gB polyclonal antibodies (A to C) or rabbit anti-HA polyclonal antibodies and mouse anti-VP5 MAb (D to F).
