Adaptive immune response following chronic repeat administration of lentivirus vector. Mice were bled between each weekly dose during the chronic repeat administration experimental protocol. Total IgG serum antibodies (Ab) against GP64 or Ad were determined by ELISA (A). At the conclusion of the chronic repeat administration experimental protocol, mice received a booster dose of vector.
