Expression and subcellular distribution of viral structural proteins tagged with fluorescent proteins. Vero E6 cells grown on glass coverslips were either transfected with single plasmids (left panels) or cotransfected (right panels) with the three plasmids encoding the MmRFP1, E, SeYFP, and NeCFP proteins.
