RRV titers in joint and skeletal muscle tissue. Twenty-four-day-old C57BL/6J WT (filled circles) or CD11b−/− (open circles) mice were infected with 103 PFU of RRV by injection in the left rear footpad. At 1 (n = 6), 3 (n = 5), 5 (n = 5 or 6), and 7 (n = 5) dpi, mice were sacrificed and extensively perfused with 1× PBS.
