All are identical to DBY6654 (see Table 1), except for the presence of the corresponding tub1 allele indicated in the second column and described in the third column. In most cases, the tub1 parental strains were also carrying pRB326, but this plasmid was eliminated (by growth on 5-fluoroorotic acid) before analyzing the phenotype of the bim1Δ tub1 double mutants.
