Strain DBY6654 transformed with pRB2652 (GAL1p-BIM1) or pTS161 (vector) was grown in SC-Ura 2% raffinose to exponential phase and shifted to SC-Ura 2% galactose for 10.5 h. At least 100 large budded cells were counted from each culture. Numbers shown are the percentage of large budded cells counted.
