Every map is displayed as a function of the connectivity strengths K 11, K 12 and the magnitude of dispersion σ. The corresponding surfaces of absolute error (AE) are presented on the bottom row. The values of the normalized mean error (NMAE) calculated for every scenario are: (A) 12.89%, (B) 19.63%, (C) 13.44%, (D) 42.63%.
