Blots were immunostained for dually phosphorylated (phospho) MAPK8/9, total MAPK8/9, and GAPDH. Protein amounts are 30 μg/lane. Bottom: Changes in phosphorylated and total MAPK8/9 were quantified by densitometry normalized to GAPDH for protein loading and expressed as percentage of 0 h (±SEM) controls. The MAPK8/9 isoforms (p46 and p54, respectively) were analyzed independently.
