One μM PH and PZA were incubated with sucrose-filled large unilammelar vesicles. The total lipid concentration was 1 mM and the concentration of PIP2 is indicated. The vesicles were rapidly separated from the bulk solution by centrifugation and the fraction of protein precipitating with the vesicles was determined. The data are the average of three experiments ± SEM and are fit to a simple hyperbola.
