Table 1. Parameters of cardiac function in cardiomyocyte-Cpr-null mice.

Body and heart weights were measured in 2-month-old male mice (n = 10–11 for each strain). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were measured by a noninvasive blood pressure acquisition system (n = 4–5 for each strain). The values presented are means ± SD. There was no significant difference between the wild-type and null groups for any of the parameters measured (p > 0.05, Student’s t-test).
