Analysis of oligomerization. Sf9 cells were transfected with expression plasmids encoding wild-type and GP64 mutant plasmids, and cells were lysed at 48 h after transfection under nonreducing conditions. GP64 proteins were resolved by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting.
