C57BL/KaLwRij mice (5 per group) were challenged intravenously with 2 × 106 5TGM1 myeloma cells, and one week later, 2 × 106 T-cell clones were adoptively transferred into tumor-bearing mice by an intravenous injection. PBS and splenocytes from naïve mice served as controls. Serum samples were collected weekly and tumor burden was monitored by measuring circulating IgG2b Id protein.
